El papel de la gestión del conocimiento eficaz en las prácticas de recursos humanos y la innovación de la organización

Resumen

La innovación organizacional ha sido vista como un arma fundamental para que las organizaciones compitan en esta agresiva condición comercial. Uno de los enfoques para elevar la innovación organizacional es a través de prácticas efectivas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRM) e información exitosa de los ejecutivos. Este estudio analizó las conexiones inmediatas entre las prácticas de gestión de recursos humanos y la innovación organizacional. Además, analizó adicionalmente el trabajo intercesor de adecuación de KM en la relación directa. Los resultados demostraron que las prácticas de gestión de recursos humanos comúnmente afectan positivamente la innovación organizacional. En particular, los descubrimientos demuestran que la preparación se identificó enfáticamente con tres elementos de innovación organizacional. El estudio de ejecución también afectó positivamente la innovación organizacional. Además, este estudio también muestra que la evaluación de la preparación y ejecución se identifica enfáticamente con el aprendizaje de la viabilidad de los ejecutivos. La información de la idoneidad de los ejecutivos intercede por completo la conexión entre la preparación y la innovación de procedimientos, la preparación y la innovación organizacional, y la evaluación de la ejecución y la innovación reguladora. Se habla de los descubrimientos, confinamientos y sugerencias.
