Resumen

Es posible utilizar los recursos de la empresa de la manera más eficiente. Recursos como recursos financieros, recursos laborales ej. empleados, recursos tangibles ej. bienes y equipos y bienes están incluidos en estos recursos. Para los negocios, la idea que determinó asegurarse de que uno tiene suficientes recursos se conoce como gestión de recursos. El enfoque definió que debería verificar que para mantener ocupadas a las personas les asignaran tareas y que no debería haber un exceso de recursos para que todos puedan usarlos. En el siglo XXI, para evitar la crisis relacionada con la economía y el medio ambiente, se introduce el concepto de "sostenibilidad". Sobre la ambigüedad y la vaguedad de su aplicabilidad y definición, ha habido un aluvión de literatura e investigaciones.
