El impacto asimétrico del mercado laboral en el brote de VIH en Irán

Resumen

La economía de la salud es una rama emergente de la economía. La salud de la sociedad y, en consecuencia, de la fuerza laboral son efectivas en el desarrollo de las sociedades. El presente estudio examina el efecto del comportamiento del mercado laboral sobre la prevalencia del VIH en Irán durante el período 1365-1395 utilizando el modelo econométrico EGARCH, que proviene de la familia de modelos con modelo de heterocedasticidad ARCH. Los resultados se obtienen de acuerdo con la ecuación en torno a la media que muestra que el índice de precios al consumidor, la tasa de alfabetización y la distribución del ingreso tienen un efecto positivo y significativo sobre la prevalencia del VIH en Irán. Además de la tasa de desempleo, el seguro de desempleo y la tasa salarial indican efecto negativo y significativo, también Los resultados obtenidos de la ecuación alrededor de la varianza muestran que una unidad de impulso positivo aumenta las variables explicativas de la prevalencia del VIH en 0.2563232 unidades, y una unidad de impulso negativo de variables explicativas reduce el brote de VIH en 3.28541 unidades. Estos resultados indican el efecto de palanca de las variables explicativas modelo sobre la prevalencia del VIH en Irán durante el período de estudio.
