It identifies the factors correlated with customer satisfaction in a popular and solidarity economy financial institution. The study is quantitative. It is exploratory, descriptive, and correlational in scope. The subject of the study is the client and member of a savings and credit cooperative. The instrument is a Likert-type instrument validated by experts. Its internal consistency per Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient is 0.950. The use of information and communication technologies, quality of service, and availability of financial services are highly correlated with customer and partner satisfaction with a bilateral statistical significance of less than 0.05 p-value.
