The most common problems are management, administrative, and planning problems such as obsolete inventory, shortages, delayed merchandise, uncollectible accounts, lack of informative reports, etc. This project is based on a previous technical report. The objective of this study was to design a model of an automated system for inventory control and accounts receivable in Excel for an MSME, which is dedicated to the purchase and sale of clothing, it is in the Northwestern region of the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. The research type is applied, with a mixed approach, descriptive and analytical. The study methods used were the implementation of procedures, activities, and information reports to develop a model in the Microsoft Excel developer tool, using macros. The results of this study show the procedure for inventory control and accounts receivable, as well as the activities to be performed and the inputs or reports to be generated in each process and the application in Excel from five databases, to record the operations related to inventory control and accounts receivable. It is concluded that with the application of Microsoft Excel, it is possible to have an economic and efficient control system to generate the information required to improve the management and administration of inventories and accounts receivable.</p&gt;}, number={34}, journal={Religación}, author={Flores, Yolanda and Pendones, Jose and Espino, Germán and Acosta, Luis}, year={2022}, month={Nov.}, pages={e210964} }
