Factores financieros, tecnológicos y demográficos en el fortalecimiento del emprendimiento y desarrollo local en Quevedo
Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como propósito analizar cómo el número de empleados, las tecnologías de la comunicación (TIC), el monto del crédito, la educación y la edad inciden en el fortalecimiento del emprendimiento y su contribución al desarrollo local en el cantón Quevedo. Metodológicamente, se aplicó un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio estratificado en 150 micro emprendedores, además, se diseñó un modelo de regresión lineal para estimar las incidencias específicas sobre la variable explicada. Los resultados destacan el uso de las TIC como el motor más crítico para la eficiencia y los ingresos. Otros factores, como la educación y el crédito, son facilitadores condicionados por el compromiso de los empleados y el uso estratégico de los fondos. La conclusión fundamental es que el éxito empresarial no depende de un factor aislado, sino de la conjunción sinérgica de los recursos humanos, tecnológicos, financieros y la experiencia. Esto refuerza la necesidad de políticas públicas integrales.
