Gestão de talentos humanos e desempenho no trabalho. Estudo de caso "Lácteos Maribella".

Resumo

No desenvolvimento do talento humano e do impacto no desempenho do trabalho nas empresas, isso se deve à falta de pessoal treinado, ao não cumprimento das atividades da organização, à falta de regulamentação sobre o talento humano, ao controle inadequado, à falta de organização da comunicação entre chefes e colaboradores e à pouca participação que permite tomar decisões apropriadas. Por este motivo, pretende-se analisar a influência do talento humano no desempenho do trabalho da empresa leiteira Maribella. Foi aplicada uma pesquisa com 15 pessoas, e foi realizada a análise estatística factorial exploratória. Como resultado, os principais fatores do gerenciamento de talentos humanos foram o plano de pessoal, a análise e desenho do trabalho, o plano de desenvolvimento de carreira, o plano de sucessão e o gerenciamento de talentos. Entretanto, existem deficiências nos fatores de objetivos estratégicos, desempenho efetivo e vantagem competitiva devido ao escasso conhecimento dos colaboradores na importante trajetória da empresa, falta de avaliações de desempenho para os colaboradores e chefes da empresa e metas estratégicas que permitem medir o desempenho do trabalho e o treinamento de desenvolvimento profissional.
