O impacto das aulas baseadas em músicas na motivação dos alunos de inglês como língua estrangeira
Resumo
Apesar de décadas de pesquisas sobre o impacto motivacional das canções nas salas de aula de inglês como língua estrangeira (EFL), muitos educadores ainda desconhecem seu potencial. Este estudo examina como os alunos de ELE percebem seu processo de aprendizagem quando são incorporadas aulas baseadas em canções. As canções são reconhecidas como ferramentas valiosas para atingir as metas de aprendizado de idiomas individuais e em grupo. Elas oferecem uma abordagem multifacetada que abrange a imersão cultural, a aquisição de vocabulário, a melhoria da compreensão auditiva, a facilitação da aplicação da gramática e o desenvolvimento de várias habilidades linguísticas, todas apresentadas em uma estrutura rítmica. É fundamental reconhecer o impacto da música no humor e na motivação. As pesquisas nessa área são essenciais para entender como determinadas músicas influenciam os níveis de motivação. Ao investigar esses efeitos, os educadores podem escolher músicas que otimizem os ambientes de aprendizagem e ajudem os alunos a atingir suas metas acadêmicas. As músicas são ferramentas poderosas nas salas de aula de EFL, proporcionando uma abordagem envolvente para o aprendizado de idiomas em vários níveis. Compreender seu impacto no humor e na motivação permite que os educadores aproveitem esses benefícios e aprimorem a experiência geral de aprendizado dos alunos.
