Tratamento de feridas abertas em cães com pressão negativa e curativos: uma revisão

Resumo

As feridas de difícil tratamento representam um desafio significativo na medicina veterinária, especialmente quando não são tratadas corretamente desde o início. Existe uma variedade de opções terapêuticas para tratar feridas de diferentes tamanhos, níveis de exsudato e contaminação. Curativos especializados e terapia por pressão negativa (NPWT) têm se mostrado eficazes no tratamento de feridas em animais. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo determinar o efeito do tratamento de feridas abertas com NPWT e curativos em cães por meio de uma revisão descritiva da literatura. As informações coletadas e analisadas fornecerão aos veterinários uma base sólida para a tomada de decisões informadas sobre o tratamento de feridas abertas em cães.
