Human talent management and labor performance. Case study "Lácteos Maribella"

Abstract

In the development of human talent and the impact on work performance in companies, it is due to the lack of trained personnel, non-compliance in the activities of the organization, the lack of regulations on human talent, inappropriate control, lack of communication organization between bosses and collaborators and little participation that allows making appropriate decisions. For this reason, it is intended to analyze the influence of human talent on the job performance of the Maribella dairy company. A survey of 15 people was applied, and the exploratory factorial statistical analysis was carried out. As a result, the main factors of human talent management were the personnel plan, job analysis and design, career development plan, succession plan and talent management. However, there are shortcomings in the factors of strategic objectives, effective performance, and competitive advantage due to the scarce knowledge of the collaborators in the important trajectory of the company, lack of performance evaluations to the collaborators and heads of the company, and strategic goals that allow measuring job performance and professional development training.
