A survey was applied to 360 manufacturing industries, and exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS software. As a result, the expectations variable obtained relevance for tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with 68% of the total variance and the perceptions variable revealed 6 tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and competence, visualized with 71%. However, it is important to improve the relationship between collaborators, adequate space in their different work areas, and share time between colleagues.
