The manufacturing industrial sector presents a lack of human talent deficiency, inadequate leadership, classic administrative management, poor communication, and absence of a work team. For this reason, the objective of the study is to analyze the factors that influence the organizational climate according to the expectation and perception of human capital in the manufacturing sector of the province of Tungurahua. A survey was applied to 360 manufacturing industries, and exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS software. As a result, the expectations variable obtained relevance for tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with 68% of the total variance and the perceptions variable revealed 6 tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and competence, visualized with 71%. However, it is important to improve the relationship between collaborators, adequate space in their different work areas, and share time between colleagues.
