Clima organizacional no setor produtivo de Tungurahua: expectativas e realidade do capital humano

Resumo

O setor industrial de manufatura apresenta deficiência de talento humano, liderança inadequada, gestão administrativa clássica, comunicação deficiente, ausência de uma equipe de trabalho. Por esta razão, o objetivo do estudo é analisar os fatores que influenciam o clima organizacional de acordo com a expectativa e percepção do capital humano no setor manufatureiro da província de Tungurahua. Uma pesquisa foi aplicada a 360 indústrias manufatureiras, análise exploratória de fatores foi realizada utilizando o software SPSS. Como resultado, a variável expectativas obteve relevância para fatores tangíveis, confiabilidade, responsividade, garantia e empatia com 68% da variação total e a variável percepção revelou 6 fatores tangíveis, confiabilidade, responsividade, garantia, empatia e competência, visualizados com 71%. Entretanto, é importante melhorar o relacionamento entre os colaboradores, um espaço adequado em suas diferentes áreas de trabalho e tempos de compartilhamento entre colegas.
