Analysis of digital content strategies and their influence on corporate business image
Abstract
In today's digital environment, companies seek to strengthen their corporate image through content strategies that allow them to connect better with their audience. The problem addressed in this article lies in the lack of a digital content strategy that truly reflects the institutional philosophy and values, which results in an inconsistent or negative corporate image. This article aims to analyze how these strategies influence the companies’ perception and corporate image and how their proper implementation can strengthen the business brand in an increasingly competitive digital landscape. This research used a mixed approach, applying qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Surveys and interviews were conducted with digital customers and marketing and digital communication experts, respectively, to understand the importance of digital strategy in corporate image. The study's results reveal that a consistent digital content strategy aligned with corporate values generates a positive consumer perception. In conclusion, a well-planned and executed digital content strategy is crucial for strengthening a company's corporate image.
