Comisión especial sobre el desarrollo de la carta del servicio ferroviario en 1917
Resumen
El artículo estudia las actividades de la Comisión Especial del Ministerio de Ferrocarriles para el desarrollo de la carta de servicio ferroviario, establecida el 5 de marzo de 1917, por decisión del Gobierno Provisional presidido por un miembro de la 4ta Duma del Estado, el ingeniero A.A. Dobrovolsky. La comisión también participó en el desarrollo urgente de la legislación de MR relacionada con la organización general, las condiciones de trabajo y el apoyo material para trabajadores y empleados por razones democráticas después de los eventos de febrero-marzo en Rusia durante 1917.
