O papel do marketing digital na otimização do comércio eletrônico e da logística
Resumo
Na era digital, o marketing digital tornou-se uma ferramenta indispensável para empresas que buscam aumentar sua visibilidade online. O comércio eletrônico experimentou um crescimento exponencial, permitindo que as empresas vendam seus produtos de forma eficaz. A eficiência logística é fundamental para gerenciar a cadeia de suprimentos e distribuir os produtos de maneira rápida e eficaz. Analisar a influência do marketing digital no comércio eletrônico e na eficiência logística, a partir da perspectiva da literatura científica. De natureza qualitativa, baseia-se em uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura científica atual sobre o tema. A integração efetiva entre marketing digital e logística é crucial para o sucesso na era digital, pois auxilia as empresas a se destacarem em um mercado competitivo. O marketing digital revolucionou a forma de fazer negócios, oferecendo benefícios como mensuração precisa do desempenho e mensagens personalizadas. Uma logística eficiente é essencial para garantir a satisfação e a fidelização do cliente. Combinar um plano sólido de marketing digital com uma estratégia logística eficaz é fundamental para o crescimento e o sucesso de um negócio online.
