Determinantes do capital intelectual como vantagem competitiva no hospital IESS Quito Sur
Resumo
O desafio do estudo é identificar e compreender os elementos específicos do capital intelectual que são mais importantes para o sucesso de um hospital. O objetivo da pesquisa é avaliar como o capital intelectual contribui como uma vantagem competitiva no Hospital IESS, identificar seus principais determinantes e seu impacto na gestão hospitalar. Optou-se por uma abordagem mista, combinando uma abordagem quantitativa para quantificar e medir os fatores do capital intelectual e sua relação com os indicadores de competitividade empresarial. Serão utilizados métodos descritivos, como o cálculo da média e do desvio padrão. A estratégia de amostragem intencional foi usada e gerou 120 respostas válidas que foram submetidas à análise fatorial exploratória. Os resultados sugerem que certos aspectos do capital humano e do capital estrutural são determinantes claros e fortes da vantagem competitiva dos hospitais IESS. Os fatores de alto estresse no capital humano podem se referir ao treinamento, à experiência e à capacidade dos funcionários, enquanto no capital estrutural eles podem se referir à qualidade da infraestrutura do hospital e do sistema. Conclui-se que a variância total explicada atingiu 77%, o que indica que os quatro componentes capturaram grande parte dos fatores que contribuem para a vantagem competitiva do hospital.
