Resumo

Este artigo apresenta um plano complementar para a regularização integral do habitat no assentamento humano Siguitag Pungoloma, em Ambato, Equador, com o objetivo de criar um instrumento que facilite a regularização mediante um processo técnico, normativo e participativo, que articule os sistemas locais de planejamento territorial. A metodologia combina análise qualitativa e quantitativa com participação comunitária, fundamentada em princípios de interculturalidade e autonomia, promovendo, assim, a sustentabilidade em territórios rurais indígenas. Integraram-se informações cadastrais, ambientais, jurídicas e sócio-organizacionais para abordar problemas como a vulnerabilidade a riscos naturais, a falta de serviços básicos e o declínio populacional. Os resultados incluem propostas de zoneamento, mitigação de riscos e produtos técnicos georreferenciados, alinhados ao Plano de Desenvolvimento e Ordenamento Territorial (PDOT) e ao Plano de Uso e Gestão do Solo (PUGS) de Ambato.
